Mini Fatty

glad someone dug his up for two reasons... 1). this is the first mini i seen and got me to got that route. allows for expiermentation on a larger scale. say instead of one fatty make two, diff ingreds!!! 2). with all the ripe maters i wanna try them roasted maters out, maybe with some roasted red pepper!!! again loved the idea about the mini"s

got 4 in the smoker at the moment - I'll let you know what they turn out like.
'course I've never made any maxi fatties either so this is a first all round :-)
