Might have to change my name...first Yoder ys640 cook

recently here in Wisconsin I noticed a used ys640 on a comp cart for sale. I couldn’t help but want it. Originally when looking at getting into smoking and bbq style cooking I looked at Yoder but they were way out of my budget. Luckily enough the gentleman that was selling it worked out a trade with me and I was able to pick it up last night. It’s a late 2016 build with orange cart. Already looking at the acs controller upgrade. Doing wings tonight as a test run. Very pumped to add this to my arsenal. I think in the corner you can see the camp chef pouting.

Thanks guys! I was happy to get right in time for the holidays! New Years will see it get put to use while we host a little party. Ribs Mac and cheese and corn bread on the eve. Poppers, wings, and other apps for New Year’s Day. I’m really excited to use it more! Merry Christmas everyone!

Congrats! You will love it. I've had mine for about 2 years and it has never let me down (I have a few times though) Will do the ACS upgrade when and if the controller goes bad.
