Hey guys. I have been smoking for a while now on a charcoal Brinkmann that I modded with two units. It looks like a WSM now.

I just picked up a MES 30 from TSC. It has the glass front with remote control. I stole it for $135! It was the last one they had.

Anyway... Hello.

Now remember, I said it looks like one. Not works like one. I put vents on top and bottom. I have also added gaskets for the lid since this photo.

I got it up to  4 + hours on a single load. Not nearly as good as the WSM but better than Brinkmann ever dreamed of.
