Hey guys. I have been smoking for a while now on a charcoal Brinkmann that I modded with two units. It looks like a WSM now.

I just picked up a MES 30 from TSC. It has the glass front with remote control. I stole it for $135! It was the last one they had.

Anyway... Hello.

Welcome to the Forum illMATTic! Alot of great people on this forum.

I'd love to see pictures of your Brinkmann build as a WSM owner myself!

That looks great! And 4 hours is a heck of a difference from a stock one. Good job

Welcome to the forums!  You've found the best place I know for sharing ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc.  There are lots of friendly and knowledgeable folks here who genuinely enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
