What ya think,
A) Cook the pork and rice together.
B) Cook them separate, and cook one or the other with the green chile/salsa verde.
B-1) Stew the pork with the chiles.
B-2) Cook the rice with the chiles.
If I cook the rice in chiles then I could make some killer Mexican CSRs.

Yeah, gotta let that Marinade have not only time to work but full contact.
Bagging it or vacuum sealing really gets the job done.
