I made some beef jerky today. I used beef top round already sliced thin. I just had to trim a little fat off the edges. I used a Mesquite BBQ Rub and added some salt. pepper and granulated garlic. I let it sit for an hour then put them on the trays. Turned on the dehydrator and let them go for about 4 - 4 1/2 hrs. Turned out great. Family hasn't eaten most of it already.
