Hey everybody

As you might have noticed from my previous posts, I'm not what even a moron would call real high tech.  So.  I'm buying a Mes.  But what is the diff between an analog and a digital model--aside from the $100 price difference???   I keep searching, but can't learn anything

I also have been looking at them, I would go digital, more precise cooking temps I think from what I have read good luck and let us know
