Merry Christmas to me

My wonderful wife was going to surprise me with a Masterbuilt 800 gravity grill. She kept asking me questions and when I told her I was looking into the Char Grill 980 she shot daggers at me with her eyes. She caved and told me a 800 gravity grill is being delivered on the 25th, (early Christmas present).
I am such a lucky man. Lucky to be alive that is. She was never really good at keeping secrets but boy did I pop her bubble.
Okay, the reason I'm here today is to ask which mods you experienced gravity users recommend.
Any and all input will be greatly appreciated.
