Had a lot planned this weekend so I didn’t have any long smokes planned. Quick easy food that tastes great!
When we buy whole beef tenderloins we cut about 6-8” off the tail end and use them for kabobs when we get around to grilling them. Well we had a few packed in the freezer, so that and some chicken breast along with a few veggies made some nice kabobs the other day.
There are two types of kabob grillers in this world. Some grill the kabobs whole, and others (myself) separate the vegetables & meat. I like being able to control the doneness of the protein and veggies separately. Been doing it this way for years.
Pineapple teriyaki marinated chicken.
Chicken and teriyaki marinated beef tenderloin on the weber. American flag beer koozie, and the GiJoe themed FPP smoker sitting in the back ground. God bless America on this Memorial Day weekend!
Chicken & beef all done and ready to eat.
Some Sous vide asparagus & rice bring it all together.
Nothing special just fast, easy food.
