Today was a LONG day, up before the sun to get the brisket going. It was all worth it when eleven folks sat down for dinner tonight.

That does look great, being a relative nooby to smoking I haven't tried a brisket yet, I am going to have to. I will have to do some studying up on the technique.

for sure with thoses ribs and that brisket looks awesome too. Maybe I can't give you some points but it looks good almost as good as dinner.
