Have my annual Messabout boat gathering this weekend at Paulina Lake. So decided I better come up with a new cooking device. Been wanting a Schwenker so here it is!

Swivel me Timbers! Yeah for now I had planned on getting a swivel snap hook. The fishing swivels locally aren't anywhere near big enough. Time to get a schwenking!

This go around I bought the peeled Tri tip. It was $2 more a pound at $4.35. Bulk pack with 18.5 pounds. There were 6 roasts in the pack. I'll probably just buy the peeled from now on.
