meat lockers

not sure if this goes here or not.     but anyway   just knowing your meat locker/butcher  is always enough,   4 of us family members went in on a 1/4 each of a whole beef,  it was a bit of  savings,     afterwords when we got all the meat and a few days later i ask the the others id make a trade for a chunk of the prime rib,  well we all looked through what meat we got and there was no prime rib,  meat locker took it for them selves,  to resale or something,  2 of the family went back to him and he didn't have an answer for that or a resolution to make it right,   would have been in best interest to make it right but the word  got out about him and he got by it,   didnt help him any,     i guess trust has its limits

Unfortunately, that happens all too frequently, that's why I do my own.

Sure does not help a dying craft when guys like that do things to jeopardize the trade..... Too bad, sorry to hear it.
