Maverick Digital Dual Thermometer?????????????

Got my new Thermometer and the probe for the Smoker doesn't work just keeps going to HHHHH and it keeps popping out of the connector area of the box.  Meat probe works great.  I contacted the company 4 times and got no response at all, tried calling 3 times and got a message telling me their phone hours???????  Contacted the seller BBQ Bonanza and they have not responded either.  Has anyone else had this problem and can help me with some info as to how to get this fixed as it is under warranty, only about 2 wks old.

Sorry to hear you're having a problem!!
Looks like the probe is not seating into the socket

Try pushing it into the socket again, and let it bottom out
