Fired up the GMG and grilled some marinated sirloin for supper. Added a side of artichoke hearts with with cheddar and asiago cheese. It's cold here in north Iowa, 1 above.

Looks good tank, what's it marinated in?

Point for sure.

Looks great! Damn that’s cold. I grill and smoke when it’s freezing out here and my wife thinks I’m crazy. Bourbon keeps me warm though

Here's the marinade recipe.
Beef Steak Marinade

1/2 cup Avocado Oil

1/3 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce

1/3 cup Lemon Juice

1/4 cup ¼ Worcestershire Sauce

1 1/2 tablespoons Granulated Garlic Powder

3 tablespoons Dried Basil

1 tablespoons Dried Parsley Flakes

1 teaspoon Coarse Ground Black Pepper

Wisk all ingredients together in bowl, Pour about 1/4 of marinade in a glass cake pan. Place steaks in pan and pour the remainder of marinade over the steaks. Refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours, or use a vacuum marinade system.

That marinade sounds good.
