Help. My turkey hit 165 in 4 hrs at 240 for an hour then 230. Can I drop my elec smoker to 175 for a couple hrs without drying it out? Its been brined and injected? I'm New to the forum. Thanks for your help

that should work or you could always wrap it in foil and put it in a cooler stuffed with towels.  It will stay warm for a few hours that way.
