New to the board wanted to say hello from Mobile.  I use a Master Forge propane smoker that works fine for what we do.  This weekend I am going toup the ante and try to do 6 slabs and 8 pounds of sausage.  Room is going to be an issue but I will post pics of the process.  Thanks in advance for the ideas I use from here and pass off to friends and family as my own.

Welcome to SMF glad you decided to join us. Sounds like your gonna have a great weekend around the smoker. Have fun and may all your smoke be thin and blue
