Thanks for posting that link.  I'm a big fan of the Amazing Ribs website but there's so much there it can be easily missed.

Can't hardly wait for the charcoal sales to start so I can stock up.

The video is Long and boring but I had fun making it.

Its quite easy to do and a great way to recycle junk wood.
