Brother inlaws house is hosting the event this year. Sub standard steak dinner (probably boiled!) Joking, but not as good as what comes off my grills! So I was in charge of bringing appetizers. The inlaws don't like spicy so it's all pretty tame.
Going to do a smoked cheese platter with crackers. Pepper jack, sharp, Colby Jack. Smoked shrimp salad cucumber cups.
My sous chef wanted to make and bring an Army of Penguin Poppers.
