Seasoned the new smoker yesterday, rubbed up a rack of ribs today and tossed them in at 12:15.

It took exactly six hours at 225 to get the ribs just where I wanted them. This is one of the best racks I’ve ever smoked. I followed the recommendations on the amount of wood and I will increase the amount of wood next time around for a bit more smoke flavor. Tomorrow is a batch of snack sticks.

Looks great! I can tell by the pics they were still moist, I can’t wait to get a slab for myself going.

Great looking ribs!! But your smoker is way too clean! Bet it won't stay that way long. Congrats on your new SI.

Looks fantastic! Been stocking up on baby backs myself for a rib weekend

Nicely done with that shinny smoker Points

Nice looking ribs and smoker. I foresee many more cooks coming from that bad boy.

Point for sure.

Fantastic . I don't know what else to say .

Good looking ribs, and a new smoker to boot, good for you. Congrats on the carousel ride as well....

All I'm thinking now is that I wish my leftover pizza was a rack of delicious ribs like the ones in your pics. I'm going to be Jones'n for ribs for days now. Thanks :)
