Made jeffs meatloaf last night

I got to tell you it was awesome stuff and really easy to make. i also did some Au gratin potatoes on the smoker with it and they rocked!!
if you haven't tried it give it a go very good loaf!! Wish i had taken pics.

i added salt and pepper because i think you have to have them in anything, i used a electric hand mixer to mix it was easy.
Easy Meat Loaf Recipe

• 2 lbs. ground beef
• 1 small onion finely chopped
• 1/2 green pepper finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic minced (optional)
• 1 C. fresh bread crumbs or saltine cracker crumbs
• 2 eggs lightly beaten
• 3/4 C. ketchup
• 1/4 C. milk
