Hi I'm Steve,

I've lurked this site for a long time and have learned so much from all of you. I'm from Wisconsin and have smoked from various units. No high end ones yet. I've gone from Bullets to Bradley puck feed portables but prefer my Weber with a Smokenator...well honestly my homemade version of one. I'm looking forward to being a part of this forum. I just finished a brisket today and waiting to enjoy it. Thanks for letting me join you fellow smokeheads.
