Hey guys, I just got into smoking in August after helping a good friend prep for a party. I had a lot of fun doing the "work" if you would call it that then made it that much better after everyone complemented how good everything was.

So after much searching, I bought a 2 door Master Forge unit from Lowes. I've already done a few modifications that the members here recommended like door gaskets and modifying the water pan.

I look forward to learning even more here then eventually share some of the things I have learned!

I was thinking of doing the regulator changeout before the big day of thanksgiving since we are planning on doing 2 turkeys and the weather forecast is calling for cold.

Have you done anything to yours?

Welcome to the forums Ryan!  You'll find that this is a great place to share ideas on smoking, grilling, etc.  There are plenty of folks here who genuinely enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
