 Hello everyone,  My name is Jimmie I live in SW Iowa. I have been smoking food for a few years now. This winter i built my own smoker!! I have competed in a few local competitions I even won best overall once. I am hoping to learn some new recipes for some amazing food. The majority of my smoked food is just prepared in the back yard and served to friends. i would like to learn something new so i can wow and amaze them this spring.
