had some nice 80/20 and all this bacony goodness has been inspiring. Last night we made bbq bacon cheddar cheeseburgers. Nothing fancy, just charcoal grilled burgers basted w honey bbq sauce, topped w cold smoked cheddar, cob smoked bacon, red onion and jalapeños.
Made burgers last night after I got the brisket going...left over burgers for breakfast today... except yours look a sight better! I just got 1/3 pounders frozen from GFS..now I want to make onion burgers by hand!
