had some nice 80/20 and all this bacony goodness has been inspiring. Last night we made bbq bacon cheddar cheeseburgers. Nothing fancy, just charcoal grilled burgers basted w honey bbq sauce, topped w cold smoked cheddar, cob smoked bacon, red onion and jalapeños.

They were incred!

Made burgers last night after I got the brisket going...left over burgers for breakfast today... except yours look a sight better! I just got 1/3 pounders frozen from GFS..now I want to make onion burgers by hand!
 
Too many veggies on that burger! Lol! JK.
Seriously... That's a great looking burger! I think that's on the menu for us tonight as a matter of fact.
