Hello friends!

So far, I've shared with you a few recipes of local Colombian Sausages. Today I'd like to attempt a tribute to an American Dish that we enjoy a lot at home; The Bacon CheeseBurger. I have tried to be as conservative as possible, but if there is something blasphemous in my approach, please let me know...I apologize :emoji_joy:

Buns are homemade (brioche-style).
Sauce is also homemade secret burger spread
Mild Cheddar slices
Roman lettuce
Beef is about 80/20

PD: I've also attached other versions we made without vegetables and with grilled onion.

Am I following the right path?
Your Bacon Cheeseburger looks awesome—homemade brioche buns, secret sauce, and that 80/20 beef? You’re killing it! Nothing blasphemous here, just pure burger love.
I also tried making a Spicy Coleslaw Sandwich one of my favourite meal once at home, but i have done one mistake , I overcooked the bun—gave it a burnt whiff. Rookie move! Still, the sandwich pulled through at like a 7/10. Your burger’s way past that, though—looks like a solid 10. Great job!

OMG...did you make a thread of the Spicy Coleslaw Sandwich? I'd love to see it.
