Gotta say I'm liking the ultra fine tip. Would make smoking something as thin as a steak, wings or burger much better. One probe does ambient and food ?? Nice. Price point is decent too !!

 They done let the genie out of the bottle now. Surely a multi probe model will follow. Gonna keep an eye on these.
