i did a spiral sliced at thanksgiving and all i did was put it on the smoker for about 2 1/2 hours and then put it on the grill and brought it up to temp there

i coated it with sorghum when i put it in the smoker then when i put it on the grill i covered it with foil and basted it with the juices from the pan

it turned out good

Looks great!  How was the taste?  What wood did you use?

I smoked one too but it wasn't spiral sliced.  Smoked over hickory at around 250 for about 4 hours.  Came out delicious if I do say so myself.
