Afternoon everyone. Long-time lurker. Followed a ton of recipes on the forum (quick shout-out to Bear if he sees this).

Started making sticks and sausages about 2 years ago. I've tried a ton of flavors and combinations, but one of my families favorite store-bought sticks is the Old Wisconsin Beef Snack Sticks. I've looked and looked but can't find anything pointing to either a copy or a similar recipe. My guess is it probably aligns more with summer sausage due to the tangier flavor.

Does anybody have any recipes and/or know of any flavorings that are similar? Thanks!

Thanks, but I can find them in the store. They cost around $20 a package with a little over a pound of sticks at my local Hyvee.

I was hoping someone has tried them and can offer a suggestion for a recipe that is similar. We really like the flavor but can't find anything similar.
