Longtime Lurker

Good afternoon everyone.  I have been lurking on this web site for years, literally.  I can't count how many fellow smokers I have refered to this wonderful resource.  Not sure why I have never felt compelled to register and post until this point, but I guess it is about time!  I live in Utah, and have been smoking for a few years now.  Started with a charcoal offset, moved on to a MES 30, and was just given a Cajun Injector Double door by my wife for Christmas.  I plan to spend the next few months gathering information and plans to build a mid sized combination cold/hot smoke house in the back yard this coming spring.

Thanks again for all of the incredible information posted on this amazing forum!
