Hello everyone,

I just joined but have been reading for awhile. Thanx for all the info. Be assured it has all gone to good use. I live in St Petersburg Fl, so I pretty much smoke year round. Actually I'm going to smoke up some tuna, bacon wrapped shrimp, roma tomatos, and a few abt's tonight. It is draft night afterall. I'll post up some pics later. Thanx again for all the info.
