Found a couple packs of Venison Bacon hiding in the freezer. Was craving a BLT and was out of regular bacon so this was up to bat.
Gotta do up another batch, soon !

Yes, ground form with Owens seasoning, Very good. Have used Curleys Sausage Kitchen also, both are pretty good. 50/50 venison /pork butt.
 
Now that's some thick-a$$ bacon. Looks great Wade
