I read that too. I crayfish every year in ohio. We set traps, 100 per person so we get a few guys. we purge them without salt for about 6hr. It's a lot of work but well worth it. Crawfish bisque it heaven in a bowl. Thanks Julia Childs I knew those Sunday shows would pay off.

Since the infestation took place perhaps Michigan should have a harvest season for their residents as does Louisiana.

That way they can cut down on the population of the crayfish and let the population eat well!

Inda, I think you should move to Michigan and start the movement! LOL!

It sounds to me like the Louisiana Immigrants would be welcome in Michigan if they would just behave themselves!!!
