Lit'l Polskas yeah Pickled

I like a clean brine in my jar,no seeds or spices showing.
Making it easy to do I use a Tea Ball with the spice in it

Normally I make my own Kielbasi for this
Yesterday I was in a store and picked up
some Lit'l Polskas

Took 3 packs of them for a half gallon

Running out of room for Pickles
Bread & Butter,Dills,Picked Eggs

May just have to fill that void with some Kraut

Nice looking litl-polskas you made Richie. BTW I picked up a scale yesterday, and took a slab of Pork belly out of the freezer. So the bacon process will start on Sunday. Kielbasa in a week. I just have to make a trip to Costco.

I see they're less than 100mg of Sodium each. I could even handle 2 or 3 of those little guys!! Years ago, I'd eat 15 or 20 without a problem.
