I take the remaining "syrup" and make Jelly out of it. Nothing wasted.

Ill have to check my recipe book when I get home. I think i just winged it by adding some pectin, and followed the ratios in the instructions. There is the acid and the sugar to make it work in the syrup so its just a matter of getting everything to bind.
