LOL... No need.  Spent years getting them to that style.  Though I don't toss them on a charcoal grill before serving... I do give them a splash of apple cider vinegar and "secret spices" .

I'm in MEM once a month. The hotel I stay at is one block away from that back alley entrance. I'm a regular at the upstairs bar. b
