My name is Chef B. I am a KCBS certified judge and a proud member of the Rocky MT BBQ Association. I live in a suburb of Denver, CO called Littleton. I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1981. I own my own business consulting firm. My latest love of my life is my is my 20" pipe reverse flow pipe smoker from Patriots BBQ.  

I love smoking anything. But my main focus is cold smoking specially lox.

Welcome Chef B. Glad to have you with us! I spent the summer in Littleton in 1980. It is a great place. Can't wait to see more pics of your smoking endeavors. Nice looking rig!

Welcome from the other side of the mountain.  Give the Patriot's rub a try also.  I've used up four bottles of it and need to order more.  Excellent on grilled steak.
