Leftover Chicken Cheesesteaks

My wife is always asking "who are you cooking for" since there is just 3 of us and I am the only one that truly loves BBQ enough to eat it everyday. But I never have any go to waste. Here is one of the many things I do with leftover BBQ. In this case chicken.

Nice idea - although I've not tried it with chicken, it works great with leftover pulled pork, caramelized onions, and Montreal steak seasoning
