Had a fish fry last friday. This is a great way to utilize the left overs as an appetizer. Very simple. Add lime juice, scallions, cilantro, and a fresh hot chili (I used jalapeno and dried red pepper flake) and a little mayo to flaked fish. Serve with either tortillas or corn chips. Can be served hot or cold.
