Lay's Mashed Potatoes

Never heard of this before, but there are folks out there making mashed potatoes out of Lay's Potato Chips. Makes sense, just never thought about it. A quick interweb search turns up quite a few recipes and videos, here's one...

I saw another where they used BBQ flavored chips.. so whomever does it here first should use those!

I like my French style mashed potatoes.... About half and half potatoes and a mix of butter and cream

Interesting, but like Jake, probably never do it for the same reason. Too much salt.

Don't buy them often but when I do I try to healthy them up with a tub of french onion chip dip!
