Finished burnt ends! Turned out well smoked around 2-2-1/2 hours after cubing them did some with sauce right away and some with sauce about an hour in, the later sauced ones look much better but taste was pretty much the same.

Looks good!

I've done a fair amount of cheese and I'm planning a turkey for Christmas. Who knows what else might come up.

Thanks, they turned out well made a great dinner and a few sammies for me and a couple coworkers.
