Lang deluxe or not

I am going to buy a Lang 36 hybrid but do not know if I want the deluxe model with the warmer.  I can see me using it but not sure of the additional cost $300. 

Any thoughts, anyone have a deluxe and want to comment?

If you are just backyard smoking for a couple of people, the biggest benefit is using it for smoking fish, sausage and cured items that require low heat. If catering or doing competitions, the warmer is great for holding or finishing meat along with doing the sausage and such. It all depends on what you plan to do. Additionally, there is the cost. If $300 is no issue, get the warmer it will be nice to have. If money is tight, skip it. You can still do anything you want in the main chamber. It is nice to have but not always needed. I would get it because I like all the bell's and whistles I can afford...JJ

Thanks for the input Chef JimmyJ.  I think that the deluxe is in my future.  I do not do competition, just backyard with groups ranging from my family of 4 to upwards of 40.  I am also building an outdoor kitchen so in the grand scheme a few hundred $$$ is not much.
