I have for sale the complete set of Kosmos Competition BBQ Class Videos. These videos cover competition BBQ cooking for all 4 KCBS meats - chicken (thighs), spare ribs, pork shoulder, and brisket.
I bought these videos brand new a few months ago, and I've watched them all several times and taken good notes. So I no longer need the videos.
Everything is shown from start to finish for all 4 KCBS meats, from meat selection, to trimming, brines & rub selection, preparation, wood selection, cook times & temperatures & techniques, and preparing very appealing turn-in boxes.
I liked the videos very much, and I learned a lot from them. You can rewind and replay as many times as you like, and that really helped me.
I paid $250 earlier this year for this video set (brand new). I'm selling it for $150.
