Kielbasa sticks

The wife was out of town on the weekend and friday my new Dakotah sauage stuffer arrived.  I made up 10 lbs of Kielbasa sticks using the recipe that Nepas had posted a while ago(THANKS NEPAS!!).  The only problem was the wife took the camera to the lake for the weekend.  I don't have nay shots until I packaged them up today.
