I wont go into the details as its not important to the point.

I ordered some product and when it arrived it was not quite up to the description, I hesitated to complain, but did. They immediately agreed something was off. The replacement was identical. Again they thanked me to letting them know and shipped, yes, a third shipment from a different warehouse and BOOM perfection.

I wish the first order was solid, and the second, but they stayed after it till it was right. Didnt try to put anything on me and seemed intent on making it right and finding the problem.

I am impressed for sure.

I had problems with another big name vendor, that wasn't going to take care of their mistake, UNTIL I mentioned that I was a member, and frequent poster on the Smoking Meat Forum. Instantly their attitude changed 360 degrees, and I was taken care right away, they even sent me some free burger, and a tee shirt and soft sided cooler.

I refuse to mention the co. or send people too them still, because of their initial reaction to the problem. I use the cooler as a bait cooler to keep my Anchovies, and Sardines frozen when I go fishing. LOL!!!

SRF is fantastic when it comes to solving problems. And Creekstone Farms is about the same. They both sponsor KCBS teams, and are aware of all the BBQ forums.

It wasn't either of them in my case. :emoji_thumbsup:
