Kielbasa Appetizer for Christmas

Kielbasa I stuffed up, will post in another thread,so busy, anywho One pound, slit through and stuffed in some Pepper Jack I smoked

Doubled up the one because cut to thin

Strechted some Best Choice homestyle biscuits around 'em. Melted up some real butter and mopped on, sprinkled some rub, in oven till done. Wife checked , bottom a hair soggy. Put more

rub then baked some more till browned up. It was a hit. Put al l kinds of mustards out. Hope this posts worth a crap. this has changed, don't seem quite as easy.
