Keto Pumpkin Poke Cake

Was wanting a Keto pumpkin dessert and Carolyn from alldayidreamaboutfood site never fails thanks to Jeff, @jcam222. All her desserts are on point. You will have to go look at her recipe as its a bit involved to try to put here. You make the cake and poke big holes for Carmel sauce to pour in. I just used some Skinny Carmel sauce on top. My mom use to make a good poke cake with jello. This is worth the work to make. So good. I going to have to trying freezing some as this makes a good amount.

Its a good one. Was thinking about that other pumpkin one you make but decided to try something new. Its a winner for sure.
