Hey everyone. I've been browsing a long time and have stolen several awesome recipes off of the forums here.

I've got a butt going, should be off around 7pm here in indiana. I'm making it for lunch tomorrow for company, pulled pork tacos with mango jalapeno salsa .[emoji]129303[/emoji]
Anyway , I'm planning on pulling it off, resting it, and pulling it tonight and reheating tomorrow in the oven with some finishing sauce. Is that the best way to go? Normally I pull and eat right after the rest .

I get Nose Blind from smelling smoke all day. We usually cook ahead...JJ
 
Shred it, pan it up, cover with foil, refrigerate, warm it up tomorrow and enjoy!

If you think it's a bit dry, mix a little finishing sauce or apple juice into the meat before reheating. Reheat it covered.
