Thanks Al I appreciate it. I think I might’ve let it rest a tad too long on the counter before I put it in the cooler. It had kind of locked up by time we went to slice it. But for my first one I don’t think I could ask for more.

Man you nailed that one. Those burnt ends look perfect and the slices are beautiful. I really like that Holy Cow rub. Works great on just about any beef.

That brisket and the Chiefs are pretty fantastic looking! Like
