I have several pots but this pot is my largest one. It has a small leak somewhwere in the bottom so I have never used it plus its too big for anything I do..... I need to break out my tig torch and repair it while its still on my mind

Hey steve. I was very impressed with the tube smoker. They worked flawlessly... almost too good. The tube smokers really gave the sausage a smokey flavor and color. I used apple

Its been over 2 weeks and the Kabanos has dried nicely in the fridge. I lay the sausage on the shelf, criss cross the sticks and have a small fan blowing on them.... The flavor has improved ten fold and the color has darkened nicely just the way I like it.....

Open shot

Packed up for the freezer.. Will be bringing the larger packs to the Florida gathering for some snacks

Thanks for looking

Joe

Really nice job, Joe! The whole process looked to be quite a bit of work (duh!), but the great results certainly make it worthwhile!

Those kabonos looks terrific!
